We are a family-operated hobby breeder of the beautiful Dachshund and Golden Retrievers. My husband and I, along with our children, raise our puppies on our farm in Missouri where we homeschool and live out our faith daily. We love what we do at Hilltop Kennel LLC and believe both our dogs and clients deserve the very best!
Our Dachshund and Golden Retrievers live in our home or with trusted Guardian Families where they are cherished as true family members. We chose this breed for its loyalty, intelligence, and loving nature—qualities that make it the perfect family companion. As licensed, ethical breeders, we are proud to offer healthy, socialized puppies backed by ongoing support and a heartfelt commitment to excellence.

We are the Kenyons—the heart and hands behind Hilltop Kennel LLC. Nestled on a peaceful farm in Missouri, we live a life full of love, faith, and purpose. Our family is deeply rooted in our Christian values, and we strive each day to honor God by caring for His beautiful creations—especially our beloved Dachshund and Golden Retrievers.
Raising puppies is truly a family affair here at Hilltop Kennel LLC. As a homeschooling family, our children are involved from the very beginning, giving each puppy the attention, affection, and early socialization that helps shape them into loving companions. The bond they form with our dogs is a beautiful part of our program and helps ensure that your puppy comes home ready to be part of your family too.
Our home-based approach means our dogs are never kenneled. They are cherished family members who share in our daily lives—whether that’s playing in the fields, resting at our feet, or joining us for family time. MISSION STATEMENT
At Hilltop Kennel LLC, our mission is to raise healthy, well-tempered Dachshund and Golden Retrievers companions that bring joy, love, and lasting memories to families across the country. Every puppy begins their journey in our home, surrounded by care, laughter, and the gentle hands of our children. We believe early socialization is the foundation for a confident, loving pet—and we make it a part of every puppy's daily routine.
Our commitment to quality begins long before a litter is born. All of our parent dogs undergo comprehensive health testing to ensure we are producing puppies from strong, sound lines. We follow ethical breeding standards, stay compliant with State and USDA regulations, and are proud to be AKC registered. Since beginning our program in 2024, we have remained focused on responsible practices and long-term relationships with every puppy family.
We view each puppy as part of our family until they become part of yours. And even after they leave our arms, our support continues for a lifetime.
