Holding Agreement

A $500.00 deposit is required to hold your puppy. The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to the purchase price. Remaining balance must be paid before the puppy is released. Puppies may go home at 8 weeks of age.

Guarantee

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health, to the best of the seller’s knowledge. Buyer has 72 hours to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If a serious problem is found, the puppy may be returned with a vet statement for a refund (less shipping fees).

Note: Parasites, minor illnesses, or injuries due to negligence are excluded.

Conditions Not Covered

• Coccidia, Giardia, or worms
• Umbilical hernias (“outie” belly button)
• Kennel cough (Bordatella)

These are common, treatable, and not life-threatening.

2-Year Health Guarantee

Buyer must keep the puppy on Life's Abundance Nutritional System for the first 26 months to qualify for the hip and eye guarantee.

Replacement Puppy Criteria

1. Original buyer must own the puppy
2. Puppy must not have sired or whelped a litter
3. Puppy must not have been overfed or over-exercised
4. Veterinary statement with OFA/CERF diagnosis must be provided
5. Puppy must have been fed Life’s Abundance Nutritional System
6. Puppy must be at least 12 months old before spay/neuter

Additional Terms

• Puppies must be picked up between 8–9 weeks unless prior arrangements are made.

• If buyer cannot care for the puppy, breeder retains first right of recovery.

• Puppy must never be sold to pet stores, brokers, or mills.

• Breeder not responsible for vet bills after transfer.
